Run a Booth
Booths are available in 10 x 10 increments, and include back wall pipe & drape and 2 exhibitor badges. Vendors can purchase as many spaces as desired.
Furniture and utilities are available as add-ons.
Artists can opt to take advantage of Artist Alley Tables, a 6ft x 6ft undress area with 1 – 6ft undressed table, at a lower price.
Host Events
The cornerstone of LUG Con is the chance for attendees to experience as many games as possible. So we prioritize the face time that vendors and attendees can have at a Con.
Vendors who host events, may also be eligible for our Direct Access Booth Program that could qualify you for booth benefits. If interested, indicate your ideas for programming in your application.
Be a Sponsor
Our sponsorships are designed to feel like partnerships, not billboards. By embedding sponsor visibility into LUG Con’s core programming, activities, prizes, and merchandise, we ensure meaningful exposure that benefits both sponsors and attendees.
Merchandise Sponsorships
- Lanyard Sponsor – Your logo printed on our lanyards worn by every attendee (anticipated 3,000+ for 2026).
- Badge Sponsor – Your logo printed on the bottom of the badge design.
- Shirt Sponsor – Your logo incorporated into the design of the staff/volunteer shirts.
Programming Sponsorships
- Event Sponsor – Given to vendors who run at least 1 large or 3 small organized events.
- Product Sponsor – Donate product to be incorporated as activity supplies, game library, and/or in the prize wall.
- Activity Sponsor – Design or supply an activity open to all attendees.
2025 Vendors had a Blast!
We had 70+ vendors contribute and support the inaugural LUG Con, whether joining us in-person to run a booth or host events, or remotely by donating product and being a sponsor.
We are proud that overwhelmingly, the feedback was “I can’t believe this is your first year” and “This is so well organized”.
Using the collective feedback and experience of 2025, we are excited to build and expand on what we accomplished together last year!
Exhibit Hall Setup Overview
- Load in and setup Wed Sept 30.
- Load out and teardown Sun Oct 4 after exhibit hall closes.
- Exhibitors must keep all materials within their assigned spaces.
- Each booth comes equipped with a curtained space.
- Chairs, tables, and electrical are additional fees. Please refer to our vendor packet for additional information.
- If you do not arrive on load-out day, forfeiture of booth space will occur. The booth spaces will be assigned to the next vendor on the wait list.
- Access to the Exhibit Hall will be allowed one hour before doors open and up to one hour after the hall closes.
- The hall will be secured every evening. LUG Con is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or materials.
Hours of Show
- Thursday – Saturday: 10am to 11pm
- Sunday: 10am to 5pm
Hours of Exhibit Hall
- Thursday & Friday: 12am to 7pm
- Saturday: 10am to 6pm
- Sunday: 10am to 4pm
